You need to speak up or use the QR code to place an order here. My QR code didn't work, however after waiting they took my order. The food was good, it's not super amazing like regular chilis but its fine for what's in the airport.

I had a great experience thanks to our server, Yeni. Compared to other places at the airport, the food here tasted way better and was honestly nicer overall. Yeni was super attentive, sweet, and made sure everything was taken care of, which really stood out in such a busy airport setting. Definitely one of the better spots to stop and eat before a flight!

I came by for a bite yesterday before my flight and i have absolutely no complaints , The server Yenifer was great and attentive the whole time despite it being busy , she recommended a nice quick meal and was so sweet!

Waiting for our plane. Decided to stop in for a cocktail. Ordered a double maker's mark and coke. Oh boy did that hit the spot! I did not try the food. But the drinks were nice and strong. 20 bucks for a double tho. Still cheaper and better than Cure bar.

The ladies here were amazing! After being delayed in New York for multiple hours and landing in New Orleans with an additional two hours to wait for my party flying in from Orlando , I was disappointed to find that there were no restaurants serving food in the airport and Chili’s was closing. But the ladies stopped and had a conversation with me, ensuring that I had something to eat. The service was spot-on! Yeni was amazing!!! Thank you so much, ladies!

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The portions were generous and tasty. Ordering online directly from the table was convenient and easy to use. However, being served with a plastic knife was disappointing. Also, in a concept where all orders are placed online and customers pay at the counter themselves, starting the tip option at 18% doesn’t feel appropriate. These details slightly took away from the overall experience.

I was worried about finding gluten free and vegan options at this airport. Chili’s to go cashier was great. I got a side of breakfast potatoes from there, and I got a Koia shake from the self-serve stand. Super fast and easy!
